Lightspeed is looking for a Middle Full-stack Developer to join their Customization team to help clients develop and customize their online store's look and functionality, including custom features and integrations with other tools or their own mobile app.
Requirements
- Significant experience (2+ years) in developing user facing applications with Node.js, Typescript, Vue.js
- Significant experience working with backend operations, like cron, streams, file system, etc.
- Moderate experience with cloud environments like Google Cloud Platform, AWS, as well as container technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, etc.
- Experience with both relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) datastores would be a plus
- Excellent understanding of modern HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Solid understanding of cross-browser/platform issues and solutions
Responsibilities
- Develop full stack custom features and integrations for Lightspeed E-Series (Ecwid) merchants on a project basis
- Participate in code reviews, peer support and architecture discussions
- Stay up to date with the latest technologies to ensure we are always using the best practices
- Grow as a developer through peer mentorship and collaboration
