Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Golang (Go) and React
- Demonstrable passion for crypto and familiarity with on-chain development and protocols
- Technical ability to balance implementation speed with long-term quality and scalability
- Experience integrating with DeFi protocols such as AMMs, lending platforms, or on-chain order books
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end feature development, from UI components to database schema design
- Build and maintain systems for transacting and consuming on-chain data across multiple blockchain networks
- Design, develop, and test high-throughput execution components to support complex DeFi operations
- Manage deployment processes and maintain infrastructure to ensure high uptime and reliability
- Collaborate closely with a small, high-impact team to shape product features and technical architecture
- Continuously optimize system performance and scalability in a rapidly evolving DeFi landscape
- Stay updated on new protocols and blockchain developments to inform platform enhancements

- 3-5 years of professional software engineering experience, preferably at a top-tier firm
- Ability to work within U.S. time zones
- Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills
- Flexible remote work environment, with preferred locations in NYC or San Francisco
