Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Fullstack Software Development (Python, Rust, Typescript)
- Experience with the DOD or Aerospace industry
- Experience acting as managerial or lead engineer while also providing hands-on development
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of software developers focused on satellite applications and interfaces in the DOD space
- Help grow the software development team through hiring, performance reviews, mentorship, and program management responsibilities
- Support development, code reviews, and products building with python, Typescript, React, Rust
- Oversee interviews, customer engagements, and team meetings
