Pa'Lante needs to design and implement fundraising strategies, engage donors, research grant opportunities, and organize fundraising campaigns or events to support its mission of uplifting underrepresented and minority students through culturally relevant education, leadership development, and community engagement.

Responsibilities
- Research and identify grant opportunities aligned with Pa’lante’s mission
- Assist in writing grant applications and proposals
- Plan and execute fundraising campaigns (online, events, or peer-to-peer)
- Track donations and donor communications
- Create content to support fundraising (social media posts, newsletters, impact stories)

- Previous experience in fundraising, marketing, or nonprofit work is a plus
