Requirements
- Currently pursuing a master's degree at an accredited college or university in Human Resources or Labor & Employee Relations degree
- Validated academic excellence (3.0 GPA and higher)
- Clear and concise communication
- Be comfortable with data and can tell a story with it
- Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
- Have a Digital mindset
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
Responsibilities
- Utilize HR functional expertise to assist critical human resources objectives
- Guide impactful initiatives designed around HR priorities
- Own defined projects end-to-end
- Make significant contributions
- Present results to leadership
