ProbablyMonsters is looking to solve the problem of developing a new game by hiring a Game Software Engineer to join the core development team for an unannounced studio located in Dallas-Fort Worth, TX.
Requirements
- Proficient in crafting quality C++ code.
- Solid understanding of 3D mathematics, including vector math and linear algebra.
- Knowledgeable in developing real-time software applications.
- Familiarity with Unreal Engine is a plus, but not a prerequisite for the role.
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Self-motivated with exceptional time management and both written and verbal communication skills.
- A programming test may be required for this position.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with designers, artists, and engineers to bring a new game to life.
- Craft innovative solutions and make impactful contributions using C++ and Unreal Blueprints.
- Engage in technical discussions and reviews with your peers.
