Electronic Arts is looking to solve the problem of creating next-level entertainment experiences that inspire players and fans around the world, specifically in the area of gameplay engineering for their F1 franchise.
Requirements
- Comfortable with reading and writing C++ code
- Use debugging and profiling tools
- Familiar with 3D maths and geometry
- Knowledge of general UI or gameplay related programming
- Hunger to learn and ask questions

Responsibilities
- Work on a huge racing game within our studios
- Interact with other disciplines such as games designers, artists, and producers
- Join either our gameplay or UIX engineering teams, working in mixed discipline groups to deliver amazing new experiences for our players
- Contribute to the development of the F1 franchise
- Collaborate with other software engineers to deliver high-quality game experiences
- Participate in the development of new features and experiences for the F1 franchise
- Work with debugging and profiling tools to optimize game performance

- You are currently studying in the penultimate year of undergraduate study with a planned placement year
- You are available to commence a full-time 12 month placement in July 2026
- You are eligible to work in the UK without additional visa or relocation support
