UPS is looking to enhance the customer experience and improve call summary categorization by uncovering operational insights from large and complex datasets.
Requirements
- Demonstrated technical skills in programming and data analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL
- Preferred experience with: Python
- Preferred experience with: Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Preferred experience with: Linguistics and/or Customer Service Data
Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end customer service analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights from large and complex datasets.
- Translate key statistical findings into clear and actionable solutions for GBS operations.
- Present data insights and recommendations to key stakeholders, including GBS operations and senior leadership.
Other
- Currently pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate or graduate degree in Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field with at least two years of coursework completed.
- Must be currently located in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate yourself – Required.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
