Infosys is seeking a GCP Lead Developer to interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Google Cloud platform (especially BigQuery & Dataflow)
- Experience with Python and Google Cloud SDK & API Scripting
- GCP – Data Engineer Certification preferrable
- Capable of designing scalable and efficient data pipelines to extract transform and load data from various sources into BQ
- Knowledge of SAP BW/DataSphere preferrable
- Knowledge of BI tools like SAC, PowerBI, Tableau.
Responsibilities
- apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design
- play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts
- deliver high quality code deliverables for a module
- lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty
- designing scalable and efficient data pipelines to extract transform and load data from various sources into BQ

- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Hartford, CT or be willing to relocate to the area.
- This position may require travel.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
