Hexaware is seeking a Generative AI Architect to lead solution design, architecture, and implementation of cutting-edge Generative AI technologies for Fortune 500 clients, addressing challenges through solutions like intelligent document processing, chatbot assistants, and contact center automation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in designing and implementing Generative AI solutions across multiple industry verticals.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and related technologies.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with a focus on AI/ML services.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks and tools, such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of data engineering, model training, and deployment processes in production environments.
- Familiarity with intelligent document processing technologies and chatbot development frameworks.
- Experience in contact center automation and conversational AI design.

- Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with existing systems, leveraging cloud platforms and scalable architectures.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insights and recommendations for leveraging Generative AI to achieve business objectives.
