Requirements
- 10+ years of overall experience building software solutions
- 5+ years of experience working with Python
- 2+ years working in AI / ML
- 1+ years working in GenAI
- Experience working with LLM orchestration frameworks like LangChain
- Fine-tuned and hosted models (including Llama or DeepSeek or others)
- Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP)
Responsibilities
- turn Machine Learning models and data pipelines into robust software applications
- designing and developing core AI / ML solutions
- work closely with AI / ML and Data Engineers
- play a central role in designing and developing our core AI / ML solutions
- building agentic workflows
- LLM orchestration frameworks like LangChain
- Advanced Prompt Engineering and management (registries, A/B testing)
Other
- Must be a Citizen or Green Card Holder and live in the United States
- B.S. or above degree in Computer Science or 15+ years overall experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Successful track record in proactive technical leadership
- Prior management experience
