Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in AI/ML research
- Proven track record of publications in venues such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, AAAI, IJCAI, GECCO, ALife, etc.
- Strong programming and implementation skills
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and modern ML frameworks
Responsibilities
- Conduct original research and contribute to the global AI community
- Design and execute experiments with rigorous evaluation frameworks
- Develop and implement novel algorithms and prototypes
- Analyse results, iterate rapidly, and refine approaches
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate research into scalable solutions
- Publish findings in top-tier conferences and journals
- Present research outcomes to internal and external stakeholders
