Cosm is looking for interns to help develop state-of-the-art planetarium display systems, immersive dome structures, immersive software, sales processes, audio/video/lighting systems, customer service operations, and product management for their B2B products.

Responsibilities
- developing state-of-the-art planetarium display systems and immersive dome structures
- dive into immersive software development
- work on anything from QA and media playback to full-stack tools and hardware integrations
- support A/V systems, lighting, and live production across our venues
- work on optimizing the customer journey by analyzing performance data, improving self-service tools, and contributing to the systems that support our front-line teams
- assist in evaluating internal priorities and market trends to inform scheduling and content planning
- assist with feature development, UX improvements, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Design, Marketing, and Engineering teams

- Support our Venue Sales team through every stage of the sales cycle—from prospecting and lead management to proposals and event execution.
