A national litigation firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to manage and handle general liability and product liability defense matters for local and national accounts throughout California.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in general liability and/or product liability defense.
- Strong experience in motion practice, depositions, and case management.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload involving general liability and product liability defense matters.
- Handle cases for both local and national accounts throughout California.
- Conduct and defend depositions, including experts and fact witnesses.
- Prepare and respond to discovery requests, motions, and pleadings.
- Draft, file, and serve court documents (experience with e-filing preferred).
- Participate in trial preparation and provide trial support as needed.
- Maintain detailed and timely billing records.

- JD from an accredited law school.
- Licensed and in good standing to practice in California.
