Responsibilities
- Participate in structured rotations across functional areas such as Operations, Finance, Maintenance, Sales, and Administration.
- Execute project deliverables identified by functional leaders and present findings to key stakeholders.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement and growth.
- Develop professional documents and communications related to project outcomes.
- Engage with employees and leadership teams to understand business drivers and operational challenges.
- Learn how to influence financial outcomes and contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Adhere to the formal training curriculum and complete all assigned tasks within the internship timeframe.

- Currently enrolled in the first year of an accredited MBA program.
