Tuknik Government Services (TGS) is seeking a Generative AI and Robotic Process Automation Developer to drive digital transformation initiatives across the organization by designing, developing, and implementing automated business processes and generative AI solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years in software development with demonstrated AI/GenAI project experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Robot)
- 1+ years of experience with AWS services, specifically: AWS Bedrock for generative AI applications, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and other core AWS services
- Demonstrated ability to apply prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques for LLMs.
- Strong programming skills in Python and C-Sharp/.NET
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and web services integration
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git)
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robotic process automation solutions using UiPath
- Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and create Technical Design Documents following standardized protocols for the documentation
- Build reusable automation components and maintain UiPath robot configurations
- Develop and deploy generative AI applications using AWS Bedrock, Ask Sage or similar, and related services
- Design and implement AI-powered solutions leveraging large language models (LLMs)
- Build and optimize prompts, fine-tune models, and implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
- Integrate AI capabilities with existing business applications and RPA workflows

- Active Secret (or higher) Security Clearance

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
