Tuknik Government Services is seeking a Generative AI and Robotic Process Automation Developer to support digital transformation initiatives across the organization, driving automation and AI development to solve business process challenges.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in software development with demonstrated AI/GenAI project experience.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Robot)
  • 1+ years of experience with AWS services, specifically: AWS Bedrock for generative AI applications, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and other core AWS services
  • Demonstrated ability to apply prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques for LLMs.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and C-Sharp/.NET.
  • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and web services integration.
  • Knowledge of database technologies (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy robotic process automation solutions using UiPath.
  • Develop and deploy generative AI applications using AWS Bedrock, Ask Sage, or similar, and related services.
  • Design and implement AI-powered solutions leveraging large language models (LLMs).
  • Build and optimize prompts, fine-tune models, and implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
  • Implement secure APIs, pipelines, and microservices for AI-driven capabilities.
  • Integrate AI capabilities with existing business applications and RPA workflows.
  • Apply Responsible AI principles, ensuring compliance with DoD AI Ethical Principles, the DoD Responsible AI Toolkit, and RMF security controls.

Other

  • Active Secret (or higher) Security Clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum development methodology.
