Tuknik Government Services is seeking a Generative AI and Robotic Process Automation Developer to support digital transformation initiatives across the organization, driving automation and AI development to solve business process challenges.
Requirements
- 5+ years in software development with demonstrated AI/GenAI project experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Robot)
- 1+ years of experience with AWS services, specifically: AWS Bedrock for generative AI applications, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and other core AWS services
- Demonstrated ability to apply prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques for LLMs.
- Strong programming skills in Python and C-Sharp/.NET.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and web services integration.
- Knowledge of database technologies (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robotic process automation solutions using UiPath.
- Develop and deploy generative AI applications using AWS Bedrock, Ask Sage, or similar, and related services.
- Design and implement AI-powered solutions leveraging large language models (LLMs).
- Build and optimize prompts, fine-tune models, and implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Implement secure APIs, pipelines, and microservices for AI-driven capabilities.
- Integrate AI capabilities with existing business applications and RPA workflows.
- Apply Responsible AI principles, ensuring compliance with DoD AI Ethical Principles, the DoD Responsible AI Toolkit, and RMF security controls.

- Active Secret (or higher) Security Clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum development methodology.
