Randstad Digital is looking to hire an AI/ML Engineer to design and implement generative AI models tailored for wealth management use cases, build solutions using embeddings, vector databases, and custom retrieval pipelines, and develop and refine auto-prompting and next-prompt prediction to improve conversational continuity.
Requirements
- Strong experience with large language models and generative AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI, Anthropic APIs).
- Expertise in vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, or equivalent) and embeddings.
- Proficiency with building conversational AI, knowledge retrieval, and auto-prompting workflows.
- Hands-on experience in financial data handling, stock performance visualization, and data science workflows.
- Familiarity with MLOps: model tuning, monitoring, and continuous improvement cycles.
- Programming expertise (Python required; knowledge of cloud AI services preferred: AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- 3-6 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 1-2 years in generative AI projects.
