Integris is looking to leverage Generative AI to automate processes, improve user experience, and enable AI-assisted productivity across the organization by designing, testing, and optimizing prompts and workflows that utilize large language models.
Requirements
- Experience using generative AI tools (e.g., OpenAI GPT models, Claude, Gemini, or similar).
- Understanding of NLP principles, conversational design, or applied linguistics.
- Exposure to Python, APIs, or basic scripting for AI tool integration is a plus.
- OpenAI Prompt Engineering Certification
- Microsoft Applied Skills: AI Prompt Engineering or Copilot Automation
- Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900)
- Google Cloud GenAI Fundamentals
Responsibilities
- Develop, write, and refine prompts for various generative AI models and use cases.
- Test prompt variations and evaluate output quality, accuracy, tone, and alignment to objectives.
- Create and maintain a prompt library with reusable templates and documented best practices.
- Translate business inputs into structured, context-rich prompts and workflows.
- Validate outputs to ensure compliance with standards (tone, data handling, security).
- Identify output risks and escalate issues related to hallucinations, bias, or accuracy.
- Work with senior engineers to integrate prompts into tools, automations, or platforms using APIs or scripting.
Other
- Partner with both technical and non-technical teams to understand business needs and use-case objectives.
- Gather feedback from end users and iterate to improve outcomes.
- Stay current on AI trends, tools, and prompting techniques.
- Suggest new opportunities where prompt engineering can reduce manual effort or improve efficiency.
- Strong communication and analytical skills for iterative testing and improvement.
