Requirements
- Strong understanding of AI concepts, including machine learning, deep learning, and NLP
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala
- Familiarity with search technologies (e.g., Elasticsearch, Solr) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Responsibilities
- Explore and implement state-of-the-art natural language processing (NLP) techniques for content indexing, retrieval, and relevance ranking
- Optimize search algorithms to deliver accurate and context-aware results across diverse content repositories
- Analyze and compare available generative AI tools in the market
- Work with large-scale content datasets (documents, emails, multimedia) to create labeled training data for AI models
- Annotate content with relevant metadata, semantic tags, and entity recognition to improve search accuracy
- Develop tools for automated content enrichment using AI-driven techniques
- Collaborate with UX designers to create intuitive search interfaces that leverage AI features
Other
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Retrieval, or a related field
- 0 - 2 years of related IT and or AI experience
- Ability to talk and hear, stand, walk, sit and use hands to operate a computer keyboard
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Close vision, and ability to adjust focus
