The Hartford is seeking to drive the adoption of artificial intelligence capabilities into their processes and reimagine processes and services enabled by AI.
Requirements
- Proven experience in using generative AI technologies. (OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, AWS Bedrock, etc)
- Proficiency in data analysis, including the ability to collect, interpret, and utilize data to inform decision-making and drive business improvements.
- Experience in supporting the development of and executing business cases, including cost-benefit analysis and implementation plans.
- Experience in P&C or Group Benefits Claim preferred.
- High speed broadband internet service is required, with minimum upload/download speeds of 75MB download/10MB upload.
- Internet provider supplied modem/router/gateway is hardwired to the Hartford issued computer with an ethernet cable.
Responsibilities
- Reimagine processes and services enabled by AI, conducting POCs to evaluate available capabilities, and creating production solutions.
- Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
- Review data and provide recommendations to improve processes and solutions.
- Conduct current state analysis and design test & learns to measure problem hypotheses and key assumptions.
- Analyze solution design options and recommend future state to address business problems and deliver improved outcomes.
- Prepare presentation materials to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on new process changes.
