Capgemini is looking for a Generative AI Solutions Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI/ML solutions, integrating Generative AI, LLMs, and Conversational AI into enterprise systems to drive innovation and deliver measurable business value for their clients.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python, AWS Bedrock, Lambda, SQL
- Deep understanding of LLMs, RAG frameworks, and Conversational AI
- Experience with Agentic AI architectures and enterprise AI integration
- Experience in the Insurance domain
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions
Responsibilities
- Architect and Deploy AI/ML Solutions: Lead initiatives involving Generative AI applications, LLMs (including RAG/ReAct frameworks and Agentic AI), and Conversational AI, integrating them into enterprise workflows, knowledge bases, and customer-facing platforms.
- Hands-on Development: Build and deploy LLM applications using AWS Bedrock, Lambda, and Python. Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance implementations.
- Innovation and Modernization: Drive proof-of-concepts and modernization efforts to reduce operational costs and enhance system performance.
- Technology Evaluation: Continuously assess emerging GenAI, Agentic AI, and cloud technologies to improve productivity, scalability, and resilience.
- Strategic Guidance: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop POVs, strategic roadmaps, and ROI analyses that inform executive decision-making and technology investments.
- Mentorship and Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
