Synechron is seeking a Generative AI SME to lead the design, development, and deployment of generative AI solutions across the organization, driving AI strategy, research, and implementation.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, diffusion models, GANs, VAEs, and other generative architectures.
- Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
- Experience with multimodal AI systems (text + image/audio/video).
- Publications or contributions to open-source generative AI projects.
- Knowledge of ethical AI principles and regulatory frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and deployment of generative AI models for text, image, audio, and video generation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Engineering, Product, and Business) to identify use cases and deliver AI-powered solutions.
- Evaluate and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and other generative architectures for performance, accuracy, and ethical compliance.
- Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in generative AI and apply them to real-world problems.
- Develop proof-of-concepts (PoCs), prototypes, and production-grade systems using generative AI.
- Ensure responsible AI practices including bias mitigation, explainability, and data privacy.
- Mentor junior AI engineers and data scientists in generative AI techniques and best practices.
Other
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 2 years focused on generative AI.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
