- Pursuing a Bachelors in Business Administration or Management, Project Management, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field
- Minimum or better GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
- Strong interest in project management and organizational leadership
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
