The job aims to solve the problem of efficiently acquiring and interpreting geospatial intelligence data to support national security decisions. As a GEOINT Collection Manager, the role focuses on helping clients develop effective collection strategies that combine information from various sources to provide actionable intelligence for warfighters, policymakers, and U.S. Intelligence Community stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience utilizing GEOINT collection management information systems
- Knowledge of GEOINT tasking and collection processes and protocols
- Knowledge of national, commercial, and airborne GEOINT sensors and capabilities
- Knowledge of multi-INT sources and capabilities
- Experience with airborne collection management and throughput (nice to have)
- Experience with commercial collection management and throughput (nice to have)
- Experience working with hyperspectral systems (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Help your client understand and implement the most efficient strategies to acquire the data they require.
- Use understanding of various collection platform capabilities and applications to develop effective collection strategies.
- Combine information from disparate sources, including SIGINT, ELINT, MASINT, and open source, to enable automated tipping and queueing models.
- Validate the information and apply collection analysis tradecraft to refine further collection strategies.
- Develop geospatial information needs that give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need.
- Provide time-critical recommendations to clients, often under pressure.
- Share methodologies with other analysts and contribute to team growth.

- Ability to operate successfully in a fast-paced and dynamic 24/7/365 environment as a team member
- Ability to collaborate with GEOINT analysts to deconstruct problems and develop effective collection approaches
- Ability to liaise with partners across the IC and DoD to innovate and enable intelligence integration
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
- HS diploma or GED
