The job is looking to solve the problem of providing actionable geospatial intelligence to support national security decisions by developing efficient strategies to acquire and analyze data from various sources for warfighters, policymakers, and U.S. Intelligence Community stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience utilizing GEOINT collection management information systems
- Experience with tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED)
- Knowledge of GEOINT tasking and collection processes and protocols
- Knowledge of national, commercial, and airborne GEOINT sensors and capabilities
- Knowledge of multi-INT sources and capabilities
- Experience with airborne collection management and throughput
- Experience with commercial collection management and throughput
Responsibilities
- Help the client understand and implement the most efficient strategies to acquire the data they require.
- Develop effective collection strategies that combine information from disparate sources, including SIGINT, ELINT, MASINT, and open source.
- Validate the information and apply collection analysis tradecraft to refine further collection strategies.
- Work to refine collection strategies against existing and emerging problem sets for warfighters, senior policymakers, internal clients, and U.S. Intelligence Community stakeholders.
- Provide time-critical recommendations, often under pressure.
- Develop new skills in Automated Tipping and Queueing software modeling tools and share methodologies with other analysts.
- Collaborate with GEOINT analysts to deconstruct problems and develop effective collection approaches.
Other
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
- HS diploma or GED and 4+ years of experience with GEOINT, Associate’s degree and 2+ years of experience with GEOINT, or Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of experience with GEOINT
- Experience working with national collection management
- Experience with GIMS
- Master’s degree
