The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) is looking to advance the automation and modernization of GEOINT collection strategies through data science and software engineering.
Requirements
- Solid experience in Python for automating GEOINT collection workflows, manipulating intelligence data, and supporting mission-driven collection strategies in multi-INT environments
- Hands-on experience with JEMA to support spatial analysis, automate data integration, and enhance GEOINT collection planning
- Familiarity with GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS), along with an understanding of GEOINT collection methods and NGA/NRO systems
- Experience working with various intelligence types (e.g., GEOINT, OSINT, SIGINT, ELINT, MASINT, HUMINT) to support multi-source data fusion and analysis
- Familiarity with geospatial tools and platforms (e.g., JEMA, Brewlytics, ArcPro) to enable advanced spatial data analysis
- Proficiency with common programming languages (e.g., R, SQL, HTML, Javascript, etc.) to build scalable, data-driven applications
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt tools and techniques to dynamic mission requirements
Responsibilities
- Developing and deploying tools that automate GEOINT collection nomination processes
- Streamlining intelligence workflows
- Enhancing mission effectiveness
- Manipulating GEOINT data
- Helping translate analyst needs into actionable requirements for the Source Strategist Officers
- Designing scalable solutions in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
- Coordinating with the Source office to support comprehensive collection planning across CENTCOM AOR
Other
- Active TS/SCI Clearance
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
- Or an Associate’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Or a Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Or a Master’s degree in a relevant field
