WiSC Enterprises is looking to provide expert support within the Defense and Intelligence Community by delivering cleared professionals to high-impact programs. This specific role aims to provide guidance on the selection, implementation, and conformance of GEOINT standards for DoW/IC programs.
Requirements
- Experience interpreting DoDAF artifacts or similar enterprise architecture models.
- Proven ability to assess data interoperability.
- Demonstrated knowledge of GWG managed GEOINT standard
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to DoW (formerly DoD)/IC programs with the selection, implementation, and conformance of GEOINT standards.
- Collaborate with data governance and standards organizations to review and comment on new or updated GEOINT standards, especially with respect to conformance information.
- Participate in the NSG standards community boards and forums (GEOCOM, GTASS, GWG) and other Standards Development Organizations (SDOs) and coordinate with these groups to support the evaluation of GEOINT standards data performance and integration.
- Review DoW/IC programs GEOINT standards requirements and architecture documentation and artifacts as part of the GFMSA Program Self Assessments and triages.
- Assist with outreach, documentation, and standards-related advisory services across cross-functional technical teams and GEOINT standards community forums.
- Review DoW and IC program’s acquisition documentation and provide technical comments regarding GEOINT standards selection and implementation.
- Review and provide technical comments on IC program and system documentation regarding GEOINT standards selection and implementation.
Other
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or comparable STEM degree.
- Demonstrated specialized experience (15+ years) with DoD and IC requirements and acquisition processes.
- Demonstrated knowledge of acquisitions pertaining to the ISR mission and organization.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Defense Acquisition process.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility required.
