Seiler Geospatial is looking for a Geospatial Product Support Specialist to provide expert support for Trimble Geospatial hardware and software, empowering clients to utilize the latest industry innovations and share knowledge within the geospatial community.
Requirements
- Experience with Trimble Geospatial products is a strong plus.
- Proficiency with computers, including troubleshooting and software support.
- Experience in product or software training (preferred but not required).
Responsibilities
- Deliver expert technical support and training for Trimble geospatial products, including: + Trimble Access and Trimble Business Center software + GNSS receivers + Robotic total stations + Digital levels
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide product demonstrations and address client needs.
- Conduct engaging and effective training sessions, both online and in-person.
- Provide on-site support and training.
Other
- A background in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Exceptional technical support skills paired with outstanding customer service abilities.
- The ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities with ease.
- Paid travel to premier events like Trimble Dimensions in Las Vegas.
- Travel locally and regionally throughout Indiana, providing on-site support and training (company vehicle provided).
