Milacron is looking for a Global AI and Business Intelligence (BI) Manager to lead efforts in leveraging artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and advanced analytics to transform data into actionable insights, enabling smarter decision-making across the enterprise and optimizing internal business processes.
Requirements
- Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), programming languages (Python, R), and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Hands-on experience with modern BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
- Strong knowledge of data integration, data warehousing, and modeling techniques.
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or AI.
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or engineering-intensive environments.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) (e.g., JD Edwards) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) (PTC/Windchill) integrations with analytics solutions.
- Certifications in data analytics, AI/ML, or BI platforms.
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to generate actionable insights.
- Perform data analysis, validation, mapping, and design for structured and unstructured data.
- Identify and interpret trends in large data sets.
- Develop, maintain, and support reporting tools, dashboards, and visualizations (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
- Standardize KPIs and enterprise dashboards for consistent reporting.
- Ensure high data quality and availability through best practices and tools.
- Coordinate AI implementation, monitor outcomes, and evaluate new technologies through pilots.
