Axalta is looking for a Global Ecommerce Product Lead to enhance their innovative solutions by improving product development, design, and data analytics for their coatings business, which serves multiple end markets globally.

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
  • Expertise in omni-channel solutions.
  • Experience with Agile and waterfall methodologies.
  • Previous experience working with B2B platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.
  • Ability to articulate detailed and unambiguous product requirements, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • Establish and track success metrics to measure product performance and impact, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to provide thought leadership with regards to Omni Channel solutions.
  • Lead the design and development of system capabilities that empower users and customers, aligning with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and cross-functional partners to meet business goals using technology.
  • Partner with design and research teams to understand client needs, manage rapid prototyping, and deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Experience with Agile and waterfall methodologies, to manage product development cycles.

  • Skilled in validating hypotheses through user testing, feedback, and data analysis to ensure product features align with real-world demands and deliver maximum value.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize product features and initiatives based on business value, customer needs, and resource constraints.
  • Skilled in making informed trade-offs between competing priorities, balancing short-term goals with long-term vision, and effectively communicating decisions to stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and find innovative solutions.
