Citi's Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) business needs to enhance its market-leading position by building and enabling a more connected global proposition and client-centric content. This involves improving integrated content quality and management, and developing and commercializing cross-product solutions to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Broad understanding of global treasury and trade business is a must
- Understanding of client needs, product discipline and industry dynamics and disruptions in the TTS space is required
- Creativity in both logic and visual design when crafting solutions and messages for clients
- Analytical mindset to take various initiatives and sources and translate into thematic content and messaging
- Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous, long-term initiatives and priorities activities
- Ability to think critically and solve non-traditional problems / bridge key gaps
Responsibilities
- Develop and commercialize integrated solutions comprising thematic content and relevant analytics, ultimately delivering incremental value to our clients.
- Enhance client targeting and segmentation through analytics for integrated solutions working in coordination with Sales (Inc Inside Sales) and Data & Analytics teams.
- Coordination with Sales and Data & Analytics teams to ensure the prioritization and development of high impact data tools.
- Lead global go-to-market strategy and messaging for new and existing products, develop positioning that differentiates the product in the market, manage product launches and releases and promote the product both internally and externally.
- Produce content and enablement materials for internal teams and empower our Sales teams with playbooks, customer stories, competitive positioning and a strong feedback loop between sales, product, and product commercialization teams.
- Assist the Product teams in developing enhanced and integrated content for our client ecosystems and growth missions capturing TTS’ value to solve relevant client needs.
- Coordinate content creation from a client perspective across liquidity, payments (including commercial cards), trade, platform & data services and partnerships & innovation.
