Johnson & Johnson is looking to accelerate market growth for their VELYS Robotic-Assisted Solution (Knee) by driving technological transition in robotic surgery through the development and execution of a global strategy for advanced software and hardware solutions.
Requirements
- Experience with Upstream/Downstream/ marketing is highly preferred.
- Experience in Medical Devices or Orthopedics
- Experience with MedTech capital and clinical procedural understanding is preferred
- Proven ability to monitor, analyze and report on business performance/health to inform product strategy
- Experience with financial modeling and commercial GTM models
- Ability to prioritize and successfully lead multiple projects/priorities is required
- Ability to work with cadavers and within an Operating Room setting is required
Responsibilities
- Drive the robotic technology strategy to accelerate market growth through installations and utilization.
- Partner with R&D, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Marketing to develop innovative solutions.
- Work closely with surgeon users and competitive surgeons to gather insights and improve adoption as the Brand Management ambassador.
- Influence regional markets worldwide, continuously evolving the product portfolio.
- Adapt to a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment, responding to emerging trends and launches.
- Monitor, analyze and report on business performance/health to inform product strategy.
- Lead multiple projects/priorities.

- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree (required) and MBA (preferred).
- Experience with Society meeting engagement
- Up to 40% domestic and limited international travel, including overnights and occasional weekends is required.
