Requirements
- Experience or coursework in automation, robotics, or programming
- Familiarity with Python
- Basic understanding of laboratory processes
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing automated laboratory workflows using integrated laboratory robotic equipment including robotic arms, Hamilton and Tecan liquid handling platforms
- Gain experience programming and operating robotic scheduling software to optimize laboratory workflow execution
- Support maintenance and troubleshooting of Hamilton STAR and Tecan EVO/Fluent automation systems
- Collaborate with scientists to identify automation opportunities for analytical team
- Help develop software applications for data processing and analysis
- Document procedures through technical reports and SOPs
- Participate in team meetings and contribute improvement ideas
Other
- Currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or related field at an accredited college or university with the expectation that you will complete your current degree by the Spring of 2027
- Must be enrolled in school the semester following your internship/co-op with Sanofi
- Must be able to relocate to the office location and work 40hrs/week, Monday-Friday, for the full duration of the co-op/internship
- Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future.
