Wells Fargo is seeking to drive the strategy, architecture, and delivery of GenAI and Agentic AI initiatives to transform user experiences and operational efficiency across the enterprise.

Requirements

• 5+ years in digital product management, including 3+ years focused on GenAI or agentic AI technologies.
• Strong grasp of agentic system design, including autonomous agents, memory, planning, and tool integration.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Vertex AI, and Azure OpenAI.
• Proven track record of launching scalable AI solutions in regulated enterprise-grade environments.
• Deep familiarity with agile frameworks and full product lifecycle management.
• Experience designing and delivering synthetic agents, voice-enabled interfaces, or intelligent automation tools.
• Background in AI/ML engineering, data science, or solution architecture, with the ability to translate complex concepts into business value.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) and Agentic Artificial Intelligence (Agentic AI) solutions.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-powered products, from ideation through deployment and iteration.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and impact.
• Architect agentic systems that leverage autonomous workflows, memory, planning, and tool use.
• Evaluate and integrate GenAI models (e.g., Large Language Models (LLMs), multimodal models) into enterprise-grade applications.
• Ensure compliance with governance, security, and ethical AI standards.
• Champion experimentation, rapid prototyping, and continuous learning.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience aligning cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work on site per Wells Fargo's standard operating model in the listed location (hybrid schedule – 3 days on-site & 2 remote).
• The ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
