Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering from an accredited institution, or equivalent
- A minimum of 5 to 10 years previous experience in product management in an industrial equipment environment with at least $25M responsibility
- Demonstrated experience working in an international environment in a matrix organization
- Ability to understand technical issues and understand impact on projects, and effectively communicate these issues and impact to direct reports as well as other project stakeholders
- Project management skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Fluent in English; multi-lingual capabilities desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- You will define the vision and roadmap for Dewatering integrated drive pumps
- Manage the total life cycle of products and services for your portfolio
- Deliver strategies that transfer risk from the customer and seek to learn fast from success or failure
- Develop a deep understanding of the business, our customers, and the competitive landscape through market and customer research
- Present to industry conferences and webinars on white papers and innovative solutions
- Partner across engineering teams, design, marketing, and business planning to develop strategies, priorities, and roadmaps
- Drive team execution on backlogs and roadmap, with clear prioritization and an urgency using agile methods

- Demonstrated experience working in an international environment in a matrix organization
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork and problem-solving skills in order to effectively work with customers, business partners, staff and management from a variety of skill levels as well as different authority levels
- Flexibility in terms of dealing with changing priorities and dealing with multiple projects simultaneously
- Travel initially 75% of the time and then after onboarding drop to 25%
- Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent, MBA preferred
