Requirements
- Experience with Municipal Wastewater processing for Odor Control
- Experience with Chemical Processing
- Proficiency in product management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Aha!)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis techniques
- Engineering Acumen
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends and competitor strategies
- Utilize data to identify new product opportunities and inform product development decisions
- Track and report on product performance and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop product roadmaps and prioritize features
- Define and communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders
- Monitor industry trends and consumer needs to continually refine and adapt product strategy
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to develop product launch plans and messaging
Other
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field with at least 4 years experience or equivalent work experience
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross functional teams
- Experience in developing and implementing product strategies and plans
