Requirements
- Strong understanding of the fire suppression ecosystem, including regulatory and compliance landscapes.
- Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
- Familiarity with indirect sales channels and distributor marketing.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
- Cross-functional collaborator with experience influencing without authority.
- Comfortable operating in a matrixed, fast-paced global environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global product marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and regional needs.
- Define and refine value propositions, messaging frameworks, and competitive positioning for each product line.
- Partner with Product Management to influence roadmap decisions based on market insights and customer feedback.
- Lead GTM planning and execution for new product launches and enhancements.
- Collaborate with regional marketing, sales enablement, and training teams to ensure consistent messaging and impactful campaigns.
- Develop sales tools, playbooks, and content to support channel partners and direct sales teams.
- Conduct market segmentation, competitive analysis, and voice-of-customer research to inform strategy.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, ideally in fire protection, safety systems, or industrial equipment.
- Proven success in global or multi-regional marketing roles.
- MBA or advanced degree.
- Requires 3 days in office at our Glendale, WI office.
