Abbott is looking to define the AI and ML strategy and long-term goals for customer experience to drive agent efficiency/empowerment and achieve business objectives through increased customer value and cost savings.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Python, ML libraries, LLM, RAG, prompt engineering, and other similar techniques
- Strong analytical skills, able to collect, assess and derive insights from data to make decisions.
Responsibilities
- Responsible as global product owner for customer experience’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) solutions to drive agent efficiency/empowerment and achieve business objectives through increased customer value and cost savings
- Within the overall customer experience vision, define the AI and ML strategy and long-term goals whilst keeping abreast with market trends, competition, and business objectives
- Be the subject-matter-expert of our customers and business process to discover product and service solutions for complex problems best suited for traditional AI/ML, and Generative / Agentic AI
- Support other customer experience product teams by serving as an SME to refine the art of the possible for enhancing products and services by incorporating AI and ML into their design
- Translate roadmap and vision into actionable tasks with detailed features requirement documentation, backlog management, delivery timeline, and working closely with Global Business Solutions Managers and IT delivery partners to bring the product/service to life
- Act as a primary point of internal contact for strategic initiatives for AI and ML within the customer experience organization and routinely communicate product progress, updates and changes to stakeholders, leadership, and internal development teams
- Work closely with Global Business Solutions Managers to adopt agile ways of working to rapidly innovate products/services
Other
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field such as Product Management, Design, Engineering, etc.
- 6-12 years of experience in driving end-to-end tech-based product development, with a proven track record of bringing a product from conception to market successfully
- Deep understanding and experience in a similar role within the Medical/Consumer technology space
- Experience working within a strong product team, ideally in an Agile environment, utilizing Scrum project management processes and/or the Product Operating Model frameworks
- Action and solution-oriented; self-driven, pro-active and hands-on
- Team-player who enjoys taking on accountability and connecting with people in an international team
- Ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders across multiple time zones and non-traditional work hours
- Travel up to 30% will be required
