Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of semiconductor equipment and technology
- Experience with troubleshooting and debugging complex technical issues
- Familiarity with engineering programs and product development processes
- Understanding of product safety and compliance regulations
- Experience with documentation and technical writing
- Familiarity with hardware and software systems
Responsibilities
- Resolve escalations and drive corrective actions with respective owners. Integrate common escalations into engineering programs to address recurring tool issues.
- Address customer issues, including on-site support as needed.
- Support for new products and continuously improved Beta versions. Collect customer data and feedback during beta evaluations and report lessons learned.
- Review and edit supporting documentation such as maintenance procedures and training materials.
- Document installation and maintenance procedures.
- Ensure successful implementation of FIF products and CIP retrofits, including coordination of unreleased hardware documentation.
- Participate in program and product audits to ensure product safety and compliance.

- Ability to work on-site 3+ days per week at a Lam or customer/supplier location
