Bank of America's Global Risk Management (GRM) needs to develop and implement independent risk management measures, manage the bank's risk framework, and oversee governance and strategy for global risk management. The Quantitative Management Analyst Program (QMAP) aims to address this by applying quantitative and analytical methods to specific financial challenges.
Requirements
- advanced programming language and analytical tool skills, including but not limited to Python, SQL, R, C++ and/or MATLAB
Responsibilities
- Developing emerging risk assessments and analyzing risk scenarios
- Quantitative modeling, including building forecast, pricing, and stress test models
- Conducting research and analysis to provide a micro view of risk management in a particular business line and a macro view of risk management for the bank as a whole
- Assessing market trends and providing quantitative data for relevant stakeholders
- Applying quantitative knowledge to specific financial challenges and projects specific to your business alignment
- Implementing solutions applying both qualitative and quantitative methods
Other
- Bachelor’s or Bachelor’s direct to Master’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Graduation Dates: between November 2025 and August 2026
- Candidates should have no more than 0 years of work experience
- Math, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, Financial Engineering, or other similar course of study
- 3.5 minimum GPA preferred
