Avanos Medical is looking to enhance its SAP applications and integrations development to achieve its business objectives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of SAP development experience across multiple platforms (BTP, ABAP, Web Dynpro, Fiori, etc.)
- Hands on experience implementing User Exits, ABAP Enhancements, Reports and transaction objects, Scripts, BAPIs, Web Services, IDocs, BTEs, BRF+, and multiple internal / external integration technologies
- Experience with project and program management with implementations of diverse sizes across SAP and its modules
- Strong problem-solving abilities and experience in SAP implementations and solution optimization
- Ability to estimate the financial impact of solution architecture options and alternatives
- Experience working in a global organization across the full range of SDLC business processes: requirements, design, development, testing and deployment
- Experience with SAP S4 HANA
Responsibilities
- Ownership of all S4 HANA solution technical development
- Continual evaluation of SAP technology and industry trends
- Recommend modern technologies to drive application and business performance
- Perform code reviews, quality checks, and enforce industry-standard development practices
- Maintain complete project and solution development documentation
- Develop a deep understanding of all Avanos IT platforms and applications and their relationship to SAP S4
- Perform analysis of cross-functional and complex business requirements
Other
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; MBA is preferred
- Ability to understand, document, and translate business needs into solution requirements
- Ability to collaborate with and engage a variety of stakeholders appropriately
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels of a global organization
