Requirements
- Knowledge of ServiceNow
- Knowledge of Software Asset Management (On Premise & SaaS)
- Strong Excel Skills (Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, Merging Data, Formulas)
Responsibilities
- Manage Software License Request tickets in ServiceNow starting with Adobe (9 titles) as assigned
- Manage Sofware Incidents, starting with Adobe, as assigned
- Monitor business unit approvals
- Check for available licenses in Adobe Portal
- Leverage automations in SAM Pro to assign licenses
- Assign license in the Adobe Portal
- Issue license
