The company is looking to scale its technical teams during a period of unprecedented growth and needs a leader to architect and lead the global talent acquisition strategy that powers the Product & Engineering organization.
Requirements
- Strategic TA Leadership in a Technical Environment: demonstrated success designing and executing a global talent acquisition strategy for a complex, engineering-driven organization
- Executive Influence & Stakeholder Management: proven ability to act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to senior technical leaders
- Data-Driven Decision Making: deep proficiency in using talent analytics and market intelligence to inform strategy, drive process improvements, and report on performance
- Empathetic & Accountable Team Leadership: track record of developing and leading high-performing, globally distributed recruiting teams
- Ability to navigate a global matrixed environment, using data and insights to influence decision-making and align cross-functional partners around shared goals
- Skilled at translating data into a compelling narrative that guides workforce planning and business decisions
- Familiarity with talent acquisition systems and tools
Responsibilities
- Global Engineering Talent Strategy: own the end-to-end talent acquisition roadmap for the Product Business Group
- Technical Hiring Excellence & Assessment: redefine and elevate standards for technical hiring, including owning the evolution of skills-based assessments and structured interview processes
- Executive Partnership & Workforce Planning: serve as the primary talent advisor to senior Product and Engineering leadership, leveraging market intelligence and internal data to drive strategic workforce planning
- Team Leadership & Development: lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing global TA team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Build a globally consistent yet locally relevant hiring framework, defining and measuring KPIs that align with ambitious product and growth targets
- Improve quality of hire and strengthen employer brand within the technical community
- Drive strategic workforce planning, build proactive talent pipelines for critical roles, and influence key hiring decisions

- Expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Pure's policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave
