The GM, Premium Products will serve as the day-to-day business leader of CLEAR's suite of premium offerings, including CLEAR Concierge and other elevated service lines. With full P&L responsibility, this leader will drive commercial success through go-to-market strategy, pricing, and partnerships.

- Proven experience in partnerships, business development, and/or member experience roles.
- Proven ability to drive growth of new product lines with full P&L ownership.
- Deep experience in go-to-market strategy, pricing, and commercial partnership development.
- Building and efficiently scaling high-performance hospitality & service standards across large, distributed teams.
- Strategic thinker who also thrives in tactical execution and balancing competing priorities with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong relationship builder, credible with senior executives, strategic partners, and frontline staff alike.
- Excellent analytical skills to measure and optimize program performance and offerings.
Responsibilities
- Shape and execute go-to-market strategy: Define positioning, pricing, and sales strategy for premium offerings.
- Expand premium experiences: Stay ahead of industry trends to identify opportunities to launch new premium services and optimize existing offerings across CLEAR's footprint.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Product, and Compliance to deliver outcomes that balance revenue growth with world-class customer experience.
- Deliver financial and operational performance: Own revenue, margin, and market penetration targets for Concierge and premium services.
- Drive partnerships: Establish and expand relationships with external partners (hospitality, travel, luxury, and lifestyle brands) to scale reach and customer value.
- Represent the business externally: Act as the day-to-day point of contact with strategic partners, ensuring strong alignment and performance.
- Track record of working across both owned and partner-driven channels to deliver results.

- The base salary range for this role is $175,000.00-$215,000.00, depending on levels of skills and experience.
