The GME Data Analyst III assists in planning and monitoring of systems and processes required to ensure ACGME Institutional and Sponsored Program Accreditation for MUSC Health.
Requirements
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Preferred experience in ACGME WEBADS, MedHub or other residency management and graduate medical education systems, OurDay, Smartsheet.

Responsibilities
- provide and oversee MedHub data analytics, ACGME WEBADS, resident and program dashboards, instructional design, AI, build, analyze, synthesize, interpret and report on complex data across a variety of settings and stakeholders
- Maintains data integrity and leads analytic and management initiatives as the MedHub Superuser for the GME team, faculty, staff, and trainees.
- MedHub management initiatives include annual program evaluations, milestones, logging procedures, management and oversight of resident duty hours, resident absences, academic year changeover, resident onboarding and offboarding, alumni tracking, credentials monitoring, MedHub mobile app, MedHub institutional and program settings, faculty and resident evaluations creation, delivery, and troubleshooting.
- provide analytics and data reporting from systems and sites including MedHub, ACGME WEBADS,OurDay,Smartsheet, developing dashboards, charts, and master schedules.
- Maintains the videos for didactics/faculty development sessions and maintains and organizes the Academic Integration shared folders.
- work with the Administrative Director in ACGME WEBADS for accreditation updates and accreditation tracking.
- using MedHub and other systems, will provide a variety of operational, consultative and collaborative functions supporting key operational goals driving data-informed improvements through the development, implementation, and maintenance of systems to provide data analytics, instructional design, and AI.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree and 3-6 years of equivalent GME work experience.
- 4-6 years in GME program management, business management is preferred.
- Organizational, operational, time management, problem solving skills required.
