Regeneron Manufacturing (IOPS) AI Engineer is responsible for developing and deploying complex artificial intelligence (AI) solutions to solve specific business challenges within the IOPS organization.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of AI algorithms, machine learning techniques (e.g., deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision), and related software frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and knowledge of software development methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI solutions (e.g., deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision) to address specific business challenges.
- Design and build scalable AI infrastructure, including data pipelines, model serving frameworks, and cloud-based deployment architectures.
- Optimize AI systems for performance and efficiency, considering latency, throughput, and resource utilization.
- Collaborate with data scientists to collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to inform model development.

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into actionable AI solutions, and clearly communicate technical concepts.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- BS/BA in IT, Scientific or Engineering discipline (Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering) or related field
- 0-2 years experience (Assoc Engineer)
- 2+ years of experience (Engineer)
- 5+ years of experience (Sr Engineer)
- Experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing or similar highly regulated environment preferred.
