Meta is looking for a Strategic Initiatives Program Manager to support the growth of the Realty Labs business by bringing process rigor and operational expertise to end-to-end program management for key strategic initiatives within the Reality Labs Global Sales organization, aiming to drive unit sales velocity for Metaverse and Wearables product categories.
Requirements
- 8+ years proven track record of driving successful, complex go-to-channel motions to achieve business outcomes
- Experience planning for or executing against channel sales business strategy, go-to-channel, and/or process optimization for large matrixed organizations
- Experience driving clear communications, working across cultures, and influencing stakeholders without authority across all levels of an organization
- Experience in building new processes and managing change in growing companies to scale
- Experience getting things done at short notice while collecting information from a variety of internal and external sources
Responsibilities
- Bring process rigor & operational expertise to the end to end program management of key strategic initiatives
- Create and lead a team of contract employee program managers to ensure program coverage.
- Define goals, remit, and roles & responsibilities to support team success and alignment to business priorities.
- Report out on status of key programs
- Oversee creation & ongoing management of detailed project plans outlining all tasks, timelines, and dependency requirements at the right altitude.
- Monitor/track progress against goals and make adjustments as needed.
- Ensure team identifies critical interdependencies across Global Sales to support key strategic initiatives.

- Directly manage a team of contract-based Meta employees
- Possess extensive program management, operational, and drive for results rigor
- Effectively organize and collaborate cross functionally across all levels of an organization
- Bachelors Degree in Business or Marketing related field (or similar work experience)
