EY's Government and Public Sector practice is looking to help Federal, State, Local and Education clients implement new ideas to achieve their mission outcomes, including protecting the nation, increasing public safety, improving healthcare, and delivering essential public services.
Requirements
- Experience with JavaScript and frameworks like React, Next.js or similar
- Experience with back-end development (Python, FastAPI or similar)
- Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Vercel etc.
- Experience developing, maintaining and improving web applications using modern frameworks
- Understanding of generative AI models (openAI, Anthropic, open-source LLMs) into web-based products
- Experience writing tests, participating in code reviews
- Experience integrating generative AI models into applications (APIs or fine-tuned models)
Responsibilities
- Designing and optimizing applications that leverage modern web frameworks and AI models
- Supporting government clients with delivering the latest data science and big data technologies and practices
- Implementing generative AI models
- Working with AI/ML engineers
- Developing web applications
- Ensuring quality and product excellence
- Unifying, enriching and analyzing data from multiple sources
Other
- Bachelor's degree
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
- Must be comfortable working in-person as needed in the greater Washington, DC
- At least 6-8+ years of experience
- Willingness to travel 20 – 30% or more
