Requirements
- Understanding of analog/digital circuits, power devices, and high-speed signal integrity
- Skilled in creating and sustaining process-driven methods for product development
- Ability to break down complex engineering standards and workflows into actionable, easy-to-understand steps
Responsibilities
- Lead R&D backend operations to ensure efficient product development
- Reduce cycle times and optimize workflows to minimize project costs
- Create and maintain bench setups for simple product debugging and checkout
- Document qualification requirements and develop qualification plans for robust product development
- Work with factory operations teams to ensure smooth production ramp-up of new products
Other
- Graduating in the Fall 2025 or Spring 2026 with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
- US citizen or green card holder
- Ability to work independently when required
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset
